We are looking for an experienced Network Strategic Operations Specialist&nbsp;to join our Network &amp; Clinical Quality&nbsp;team. This role would be responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives that support the growth, performance, and operational effectiveness of the provider network. This role owns projects from initial planning through implementation, launch, and post-launch optimization, translating business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. The Network Strategic Operations Specialist independently manages multiple cross-functional initiatives involving providers, facilities, and internal stakeholders. The role applies strong project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to identify operational challenges, develop scalable solutions, manage risks, and drive initiatives to successful completion. The Specialist partners closely with Network Strategy, Network Operations, Clinical, Product, Technology, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic priorities. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively. The base salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000/yr.
