A degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Excellent personal grooming and professional appearance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily banquet operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Motivate team members and promote a positive, collaborative team environment. Coordinate and support new team members during their trial and onboarding periods. Attend scheduled training sessions and ensure team participation. Encourage team members to maximise sales opportunities and revenue. Prepare weekly staff schedules and coordinate monthly training sessions. Ensure compliance with service standards and operational procedures.
