Key responsibilities

Conduct troubleshooting and manage faults at customer sites
Plan and perform corrective maintenance when system failures occur as assigned by supervisor
Perform preventive maintenance for electrical systems
Prepare and verify intervention reports for power plants accurately and completely
Monitor power plant performance, analyse causes when efficiency declines, and plan corrective actions
Contribute recommendations and develop improvements to monitoring solutions for increased effectiveness
Report status and operational data of power plants to engineering team
Evaluate and assess O&M contractor performance in controlled areas
Monitor contractor work to ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and safety requirements
