Job Description

Role Summary: Technical leader will be responsible for the decision making, design and implementation of the Technology stack and will be responsible to manage and lead the Technical Team.
Duties and responsibilities:

Decision making regarding the Product Technology Stack
Design and implement the Technical Architecture and Infrastructure
Responsible for the Technical Team
Responsible for Product Delivery

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tech Lead/Tech Architect;
Previous work experience with Systems Design - Architecture and Infrastructure;
Successful delivered complex and scalable systems;
Make part of decision making team regarding technology stack.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules and system integration;
Software Development skills;
Technical assessment capabilities;
Experience in SaaS delivery in a composable/services oriented Architecture;
Advanced project management skills;
Ability to problem solve complex IT issues;
Creative, open minded and "hands-on" attitude.

As a plus:

Financial Services - Banking Experience
Security

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
10+ years working in a technological role;
3+ year management experience;
Advanced technological skill set and demonstrated history with technology;
Exceptional team management skills.

Additional Information

Relationships:The Tech Leader will report to the Project Manage and Project Sponsor. The Tech Lead will manage a team of Developers and will be working directly with the Functional Team who will produce all the specifications for implementation
