Job Description

We are seeking a new Partner Solutions Consultant to join our growing team in San Francisco.

Our marketplace and account development team owns our partner relationships and is responsible for identifying, negotiating, closing, launching and supporting long term partnerships with HR technology companies.

Our current partner team has built one of the most robust job distribution networks on the market with over a million jobs posted through the store and millions of dollars spent across our global customer base. These partnerships form one of the main pillars of our business and will be one of the primary drivers of our future growth.

As we grow our stable of partners, we're expanding our team to hire an exceptional partnership manager who can help implement, maintain, and grow one of our newest reseller relationships.. This individual will help our partners derive maximum value from SmartRecruiters and will own activities such as revenue management, issue resolution, and quarterly updates to our executive team. This person will also act as the primary communications path between our team (e.g. product updates and metrics) and our partners team (e.g. sales optimization, implementation, training and data management).

Qualifications

To do this well, an ideal candidate will be equally strong and passionate about working with contracts, describing complex technology, and building relationships.

You Have:

3+ years of experience working in some combination of (i) a client-facing role at an HR technology company, (ii) client-facing role at a top SaaS cloud platform, (iii) an externally-facing role on a corporate development team.
Extraordinary knowledge of sales and partner onboarding processes
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be both a leader and individual contributor
Competitive, collaborative, motivated, but egoless personality.
Bachelors degree.
