Description

The Software Engineer will be part of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) team, responsible for developing and supporting solutions that meet business and functional requirements. The role involves Java-based application development, solution design, documentation, presentations, cross-functional collaboration, and production support.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

Develop and maintain applications using Java technologies.
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create solution designs, technical documentation, and presentations.
Collaborate with business teams, QA, and production support teams.
Analyze and resolve complex technical and process-related issues.
Ensure service level and reliability targets are met.
Support user training and application adoption.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on Java development experience.

Strong knowledge of:

Java
J2EE
Spring Boot
Hibernate
Web Services
SQL
AWS

Good understanding of databases and database technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working with integration tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Warehouse Management (WMS) or Supply Chain Management domain knowledge.
Exposure to AI development tools such as Claude, Amazon Kiro, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
Strong learning agility and interest in new technology trends.
