Applications shall be submitted in TRIPPLICATE ON PSC Form 3 (Revised 2008) obtainable from all secretaries City/District Service Commission Offices Countrywide, Arua City Council or Secretary Public Service Commission (PSC). Applicants should attach certified copies of all the necessary supporting documents (Transcripts, certificates National ID, registration and Practicing Licenses, Curriculum Vitae and work Documents etc.) Attach a recent coloured passport size photo to each form.
