Key Duties of the position include: Supervise farm operations. Create work schedules. Co-ordinate the activities of our farm workers Train new employees and assist workers in their duties as needed. Ensure all health and safety measures are being always followed by all the workers. Oversee sorting and overall handling of produce to ensure highest possible quality of our production. Making farm deliveries between locations when needed. Requirements: Language required: English Education: no minimum education required Physically capable, able to lift 40-60 pounds regularly. Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. Able to follow safe work practices.
