Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System- Epic Credentialed Training Opportunities

HCTec Partners is looking for highly motivated individuals who would like to receive training on the newest electronic medical record system called Epic. These selected individuals will receive 5 weeks of free Epic training while onsite at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. Epic training is one of the hottest skill sets in Healthcare. This training is extremely difficult to obtain as Epic only offers sponsorship to individuals who receive training through healthcare facilities. Due to the extremely limited nature of this training opportunity, these roles are highly coveted.

What does this mean for prospective candidates?

1) You have the opportunity to acquire up to 5 weeks of classroom training in one of the most desirable skill sets in healthcare. There will be a total of 35 positions available for selected candidates at Spartanburg Regional Health System.

2) You have the opportunity to work inside one of the most prestigious healthcare networks teaching doctors and nurses how to navigate one of the top EMR systems in the country.

3) This training will increase your marketability at Spartanburg Regional Health System as well as other hospital networks using the Epic system.

Details of the training if selected:

1. Classroom style teaching held at SRHS that will educate you to guide physicians, nurses and other end users in navigating the new Epic system.

2. Training begins on June 27th 2016t and lasts up to 5 weeks.

3. Training is free but unpaid.

4. Those individuals that do well and demonstrate that they can teach the curriculum may be given the opportunity to work with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.

5. SRHS has selected HCTec to fill all 35 positions.

6. Pay for these selected individuals is typically $20/hour based on approximately 40 hours per week with full benefits.

Requirements:

1. Must be able to start training on June 27th.

2. Classes are at SRHS and run from approximately 8am – 5pm M-F for 5 weeks.

3. Must have a passion for education and helping others inside a hospital environment.
