You will keep the office running smoothly for a growing team and be the first point of contact for visitors and new joiners. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Manage office supplies, deliveries and vendor contacts - Welcome visitors and support onboarding days for new employees - Help organise team events and meetings - Keep office information and guidelines up to date WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Experience in office, facilities or administrative work - Organised, reliable and service minded - Fluent Finnish and English - Available around 20 hours a week, mostly mornings PRACTICAL DETAILS - Contract: permanent, part time (20 hours a week) - Location: Helsinki office, hybrid - Pay: pro-rated base salary WHAT'S NEXT We're building fast and this role needs the right person behind it.
