At Asda, we want you to find your everything. As a Mobile Deputy Site Manager at Asda Express, you'll be a visible, hands-on leader who brings heart, pride and Asdaness into every store you support. Covering sites across East Scotland, you'll work closely with Store and Site Managers to provide leadership and operational support during periods of absence, helping stores continue to deliver great service, strong standards and a positive experience for both customers and colleagues.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll receive training across both Greggs and Subway operations, allowing you to confidently support our food service offer while helping stores maintain excellent standards, drive performance and create welcoming environments wherever you're needed.

About the Role

• Support Asda Express stores across East Scotland by providing Deputy Site Manager cover when required
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and leadership teams across multiple locations
• Work alongside Site Managers to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Help drive sales, maintain excellent standards and deliver brilliant customer service
• Lead stores independently during periods of management absence
• Ensure compliance with all safety, operational and food standards, including PFS and forecourt operations where applicable
• Complete training in both Greggs and Subway operations and support these areas confidently within stores
• Support colleague development through coaching, training and on-the-job guidance
• Handle day-to-day people management matters professionally and fairly
• Promote a culture where everyone feels included, supported and proud to work for Asda

About You

• Previous retail leadership experience with strong commercial awareness
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across multiple locations
• A positive and supportive leader who quickly builds trust and credibility with teams
• Confident working in fast-paced environments and responding to changing business needs
• Willingness to travel regularly across East Scotland
• Strong commitment to customer service, safety and operational excellence
• Ability to learn and support both Greggs and Subway operations effectively
• Professional and confident approach to colleague management and development
