Brand Knew is looking for a Creative Strategist to lead performance-driven creative thinking across a diverse roster of clients. This role is focused on developing a high volume of original paid social concepts, translating performance insights into new creative opportunities, and partnering with our paid media, design, video production, and creator teams to bring those ideas to life. You should understand what makes someone stop scrolling, continue watching, and ultimately take action. You will use that understanding to develop hooks, scripts, formats, messaging angles, and testing strategies tailored to platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
