You are submitting your CV which contains your personal information including but not limited to your name, contact details, email address, identity number and qualifications. 2. The Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) regulates the processing of personal information by public and private bodies in a manner that gives effect to the Constitutional right to privacy.
