You’ll be part of the Left Field Crew, working across a variety of agricultural activities including vegetable planting and harvesting, grading in factory and intake settings, fruit picking and packing, paddock work, and other seasonal tasks. To get started, you’ll need a current driver’s licence, reliable transport, and a positive attitude. Farm experience is helpful but not essential, as we provide training for motivated workers. Roles are casual and physically demanding, but we aim to offer consistent opportunities for committed team members. Left Field provides weekly pay cycles, long service leave entitlements, Working Holiday Visa 88 day eligibility, regular wellness check ins, and StaffSure certified pay and conditions. You’ll receive the same entitlements as any other worker, including superannuation, overtime, and penalty rates.
