Job Description

• Assist the workshop manager to meet the workshop objectives
• Work with the workshop manager in the yearly Budget of all Workshops.
• Share in the CAPEX budget.
• Assist the supervisors in achieving the preventive maintenance plan
• Ensure the right stocks of spare parts are available.
• Share in team training
• Assist workshop Manager in the staff performance assessment
• Share in the branches visits
• To report the fleet availability and condition
• Ensure and analyse the workshop activities
• Communicate with other departments and branches
• Assist the workshop Manager in preparing for the audits
• Assist the workshop Manager staff management and quality assurance
• Assist the workshop manager in applying the safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / automotive engineering.

• Minimum 8-10 years experience

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Basic computer skills, internet and ERP exposure.

• To have the complete knowledge of vehicles and coolers.

• Heavy equipment knowledge

• Experience in working with multicultural environment.
