Fulfilment Operations Manager | 📍 Almere, Netherlands – On-site (Minimum 4 days days per week) | 💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits

About the Role At Greetz, we help people make meaningful connections through thoughtful gifts and surprises. Behind every balloon and gift we send is a team making sure everything runs smoothly. We're looking for a Fulfilment Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and fulfilment operations in Almere. You'll help our teams deliver great service, maintain high standards and find better ways of working, even during our busiest seasons. You'll lead two Team Leads who together support around 40 permanent colleagues across our warehouse and production teams. You'll also manage workforce planning and work closely with our staffing agency to make sure we have the right support during seasonal peaks. Reporting to our Head of Operations, you'll play an important role in shaping how we work today and preparing our operations for the future. We are offering a year-long contract (12 months) initially, with a view to converting into a permanent contract upon successful completion.
