We are looking for an Assembly Technician to help build a world-class manufacturing organization as we transition from new product introduction (NPI) and development into full-rate production of complex guided-munition subassemblies and final assemblies. This is a foundational builder role where you will assemble complex products while helping establish the processes used to build them. Working closely with Manufacturing Engineering, you will document hands-on build knowledge, support the development of work instructions and inspection checkpoints, and help transform early production activities into repeatable, scalable manufacturing processes. This is a unique opportunity to build both the product and the manufacturing system that will support future production. This is a full-time, in-person role located in Austin, TX with plans to move to Cedar Park, TX early 2027.
