This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.</span></p></div><h2>The Opportunity</h2> <p>Hasbro Mexico is looking for a Sr. Key Account Manager to lead our relationship with key department store partners, drive profitable growth and develop a high-performing team. In this role you’ll be the strategic owner of the business with your accounts, from annual negotiation to execution in store.</p> <h2>Your Impact</h2> <ul> <li>Account Strategy & Negotiation</li> <li>Own the annual Joint Business Plan with major retail groups, each with its own buying committee and calendar.</li> <li>Deliver your quarterly sales budget and manage trade investment efficiently.</li> <li>Analyze account KPIs (sell-in/sell-out, inventory, margins) to find growth opportunities.</li> <li>Seasonal Execution & In-Store Excellence</li> <li>Lead key seasons such as Children’s Day, Back to School, Buen Fin, Christmas and Three Kings Day with Marketing, Field and Operations.</li> <li>Propose differentiated initiatives that drive incremental sales.</li> <li>Run store checks so that what we plan happens on the sales floor.</li> <li>People Leadership</li> <li>Take part in hiring, and work with other teams to solve business challenges with a whole-company view.</li> </ul> <h2><br>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.</li> <li>5+ years in Sales or Key Account Management in consumer goods or retail; toy industry experience is a plus.</li> <li>Proven experience negotiating with buying committees at major Mexican retailers.</li> <li>Experience leading and developing teams.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills (P&L, sell-in/sell-out) and comfort using AI tools to work smarter.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.</li> <li>Advanced English.</li> </ul> <h2>Why Hasbro</h2> <p>Join one of the world’s leading play and entertainment companies, home to iconic brands loved across generations, and grow your career with a team that believes in the power of play. Make play happen for millions of families in Mexico.
