<h2>Job Description</h2> As the Food Technology Manager, you will oversee the Food Safety program, including the validation of new products, product changes, and new and current processes/equipment across all Youfoodz product lines. You will ensure compliance with Australian food standards, manage raw material to finished product specifications, lead and mentor a team of 3 Food Technologists, and drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Based in Karawatha, this role offers the exciting opportunity to lead our food technology operations and reports directly to the Head of Quality Assurance &amp; Technical.
