The purpose of the job is the processing and/or monitoring of all Corporate Actions,Private Equity Operations, Poxy Voting and Tax related matters to ensure client satisfaction through the implementation of the best possible solutions. The role contributes to delivering a high-quality service to clients through effective coordination, proactive follow-up, appropriate risk management and the implementation of effective solutions. Key Accountabilities Manage and follow up Corporate Actions and Proxy Voting activities, including client instructions, required documentation and disclosures, ensuring accurate and timely processing throughout the event lifecycle. Handle related tax matters where applicable. Process and monitor Private Equity events throughout their lifecycle, including capital calls, distributions and other relevant events, collection and ver
