- People Development: A track record of mentoring designers and managing career growth, not just task delivery.
- AI-Era UX: Experience designing for AI-powered products or defining UX patterns for intelligence-first experiences.
- AI Workflow Leadership: Hands-on experience driving AI adoption in design and development workflows—reducing cycle times, accelerating delivery, and enabling teams to do more with less.
- Cybersecurity Domain: Familiarity with cybersecurity or high-complexity data products.
- Design Systems: Deep expertise building and maintaining Design Systems that scale across complex platforms.
- Cross-Functional Process Leadership: Experience leading initiatives that span design, engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
- Startup Agility: Comfortable balancing craft and speed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Full Ownership: You'll lead a real design department—not a single team, but a function—with the mandate to define how the entire platform feels and evolves.
