Building teaching resources 2. Fostering ties between industry and academia 3. Building skills of the support staff 4. Recommending reading/ films resources to the library 5. Hours of research per week and the same needs to be presented once a month 6. Identification and invitation to Guest faculty 7. Curating and organizing seminars and workshops 8. Supporting school events through participation and sharing of duties Academic: 1. Teaching - Lesson planning, class preparation, class hours, student assessment and feedback and documentation. 2. Researching on a range of topics relevant to the course and providing inputs during course planning 3. Planning out-of-campus workshops / visits 4. Streamlining course deliveries 5. Attending school events and garnering support for them 6. Encouraging and supporting participation and winning awards in external competitions 8. Active participation in supporting student co-curricular activities Student: 1. Identifying students who need additional support and course correction on as-is-need basis 2.
