Job Description

This is where you come in, we are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants who match our ambition and tenacity to join our team. You will start on a full training programme where you will learn and develop key skills to progress within the business.

Upon successful completion of the training programme you will work in our Stevenage office to either account manage one of our key clients or work to build your own client list.

Your key tasks will be:

Building relationships with clients
Winning new business
Managing vacancies from start to finish
Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
Matching the best candidates to the best jobs

We aim to delight both our clients and candidates - so we are looking for great relationship builders.

Qualifications

What will you bring to the team

Previous experience with outbound telephone work is desirable
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships
Excited by targets and goal setting
Strong resilience
The ability to keep organised is essential
