Law Clerk Schuylkill County
This Law Clerk position serves Common Pleas Judge Andrew Serina. Part-time also available.

Job Duties
- Perform legal research and prepare draft legal documents for a Court of Common Pleas Judge.
- Attend court sessions; research, interpret, and analyze statutes and court precedent on specific issues before the court.
- Draft legal procedures, Orders, Opinions, and Memoranda for the assigned judge.
- Interpret and apply state and local rules of procedure
- Give the Court input about findings of fact and legal decisions
Minimum Requirements
- Law School Graduate.
- Bar Required within six months of employment.

- Salary range from $51,000 to $71,000
