About the role This internship focuses on Employer Branding, content creation, and storytelling, helping Redcare Pharmacy showcase its people, culture, and employee experience. You’ll support content production, events , onboarding, recruiting campaigns, and employer-brand projects while collaborating with international teams and contributing your own creative ideas. About your tasks: Support Employer Branding projects and daily activities. Create and edit video, images, and written content . Help plan and organize internal and external employer branding events . Support onboarding activities and create a welcoming experience for new employees. Manage employer branding materials and event inventory . Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns . Develop creative ideas to showcase company culture and employees. Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams on projects and content. About you: You are currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field You are creative, curious, and hands-on , with an interest in Employer Branding and storytelling You are fluent in English and German You enjoy working with people and collaborating across teams and cultures .
