We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help build a world-class manufacturing organization as we transition from new product introduction (NPI) and development into full-rate production of complex guided-munition subassemblies and final assemblies. Reporting through the Vice President of Manufacturing, you will define and implement the manufacturing systems, processes, and standards required to support production in an AS9100-regulated environment. As a true builder, you will work cross-functionally with manufacturing, product engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to transform designs from concept and prototype through production-ready status, driving manufacturing readiness, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This is a full-time, in-person role located in Austin, TX with plans to move to Cedar Park, TX early 2027.
