Qualifications

Description of the Ideal Candidate:

Ideal candidate will have prior compensation experience in Healthcare setting, experience working with ADP

Working with the Compensation team, the Compensation Analyst is responsible for participating in analyzing, proposing, implementing, and maintaining competitive, cost effective, and legally compliant compensation programs that are consistent with the hospital’s needs, goals, and mission.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required

License/Certification:

PHR, SPHR, and/or CCP certification preferred

Experience:

Minimum 2 to 4 years prior Compensation experience, required. Prior HRIS/HR database systems experience, required. ADP experience, preferred.

Skills: Experience working with an HRIS system, experience with ADP preferred. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, required; advanced Excel and/or Access skills preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills & analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail, required.

Other:

Must be highly motivated and self-directed, with a positive attitude and high energy. Must be able to meet deadlines and multi-task within a flexible working environment. Must hold the utmost confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of information.
