Job Description

The Customer Education Manager will lead OnScreen’s content strategy for our global customer base to ensure value realization within the solution. With deep expertise in instructional design and change management, this role will design and deliver the training program and enablement materials needed for each organization to achieve proficiency and establish a Center of Excellence surrounding Digital Adoption and Transformation.

What You Will Be Doing:

Establishing both general and project specific best practices to aid customers on their Digital Adoption Journey
Providing recommendations in instructional design based on understanding of customer’s business, goals, and use cases
Designing and delivering training to customers to ensure successful adoption and self-sufficiency within the product
Partnering with customers to establish their Center of Excellence surrounding their Digital Adoption Strategy
Providing industry insights, guidance, and recommendations to drive customer strategic outcomes
Other duties or special projects as assigned

Qualifications

B.S. or equivalent professional experience
6+ years of experience of instructional or learning design and delivery experience
Experience in working with subject matter experts to design and deliver learning content
Experience establishing and/or managing a user network, community, or Center of Excellence
Experience leading change management initiatives in large, complex organizations
Familiarity with “Learning in the Flow of Work” and/or Digital Adoption Platforms highly desirable
Relevant industry certifications a plus
High sense of Ownership and Accountability with a passion for problem solving
Have excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and analytical skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
Able to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
