This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong administration background who enjoys variety, has experience processing timesheets and can confidently support a busy operational team. Working three days per week, you’ll play an important role in keeping daily office operations running smoothly. About the Role Your responsibilities will include: Processing daily employee timesheets using the Syteline ERP system. Preparing weekly payroll sheets and submitting them to Payroll. Managing reception, incoming calls, visitors and site sign-ins. Maintaining accurate employee records, job packs and documentation. Coordinating employee uniforms, stationery and office supplies.
