Aeon Industrial is looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter experienced in supporting manufacturing, engineering, technical, and operational hiring. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving recruitment efforts from workforce planning through offer acceptance and onboarding. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for complex technical roles including engineering, manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, and skilled trades positions. They thrive in a growing organization, are proactive in sourcing passive talent, and are passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience while helping Aeon build world-class teams. This person will report to the Head of People Operations. This is a full-time, in-person role located in Austin, TX with plans to move to Cedar Park, TX early 2027.
