Job Description

Operations Manager is responsible for oversight of the custom manufacturing process following strict procedures and criteria for meeting deadlines and producing each job to its specific requirements.

Qualified candidates must possess impeccable organizational and communication skills. This position requires strong leadership and management experience as well as ability to lead teams to meet production deadlines.

Operations Manager must work effectively and efficiently with subordinates, coworkers and superiors. Manufacturing experience necessary. Experience in construction and home remodeling a plus.

Key Responsibilities

· Directly supervise hourly production employees

· Assist in building production schedule based on resources available

· Follow daily production schedule and assisting production employees to meet goals and deadlines

· Manage workforce based on production schedule

Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years in manufacturing management

· Minimum 10 years in direct manufacturing experience

· Construction or home remodeling experience a plus
