Conference Project Management • &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain regular communication with senior management on event progress • &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, sponsorship, and operations teams to maximise event performance and audience engagement. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain effective project governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder communication throughout the conference lifecycle. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate closely with operations to deliver a high-quality onsite experience • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage onsite execution, including speaker coordination and issue resolution • &nbsp; &nbsp;Act as a professional ambassador for the organisation, ensuring a positive experience for all participants&nbsp; Job Context: This role operates within a fast-paced commercial events environment and requires close collaboration with internal departments including marketing, operations, production, sponsorship, and finance teams.&nbsp; The position demands a driven and customer-focused individual capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
