As a People Experience Advisor, you will provide practical, accurate and employee-focused support across the employee lifecycle. Acting as a first point of contact for managers and employees, you will advise on people policies and processes, manage routine and moderately complex employee relations matters, and help ensure a consistent, high-quality service. You will work closely with the wider People Experience team, triaging casework and escalating complex, high-risk or business-critical matters to the People Experience Partner. You will also contribute to people projects, policy development and continuous improvement activity
