The Electrical Engineer is responsible for supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the electrical systems at the Merom Generating Station, a 1,080 MW coal-fired power generation facility. This role provides technical leadership across operations, maintenance, and engineering functions to improve equipment reliability, optimize plant performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. The Electrical Engineer serves as a key technical resource for plant electrical systems, partnering with operations personnel, maintenance teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement system improvements, and support capital and maintenance projects.
