Digitalization Specialist
Title:
Digitalization SpecialistJob Responsibilities:
Assist Digital Solution Development in the following areas:
- Digital Solution development for engineering use - primarily on Microsoft Power Platform and Viktor Python Platform
- Identify digitalization opportunities from design workflows in engineering phase
- Engage Engineering Disciplines for stakeholder buy-in. Develop solution prototypes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing
- Document and evaluate developed solution prototypes
- Eventually, refine successfully deployed solution prototypes into enterprise-grade solutions
- Assist Development of Prompt based solutions using CoPilot
- Evaluate Cybersecurity aspects in the solutions development "
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or any engineering discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required
- Basic exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) through coursework, self-learning, or internships
- Fundamental knowledge of Python programming and scripting concepts
- Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and data-driven problem-solving
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a project-based environment
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills
