Gritton & Associates is a supplier of equipment for the HVAC, plumbing and industrial systems. Over the years, our product offering has grown from representing pumps and heat exchanger to boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, and so much more. What started out as a small single office in Salt Lake City with four employees has grown into a multi-state representative firm in the mountain west. Role: Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate you will handle incoming shipments, manage inventory storage, operate forklifts, and support daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and stocking daily HVAC products and parts into respective areas
Assist counter sales in pulling orders and loading them into vehicles
Keep the warehouse clean and organized
Prepare orders for shipment
Count stock and manage inventory

Requirements:

Forklift certification preferred but not required
Company-paid certification and training will be provided if needed
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of technology and machinery used for transporting and storing material goods
Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are required to perform the functions of this position.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to operate forklift equipment.

Estimated compensation: $21.00-24.00 an hour DOE
