Job Description

Job Title: Sr. US IT Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote

2 - 5 years of work experience in a fast-paced technical recruiting.
Superlative skills in sourcing candidates with technical skills
Strong skills in social media recruiting along with Job boards (Dice, Monster, etc.)
Track record of innovation in recruiting.
Understanding of different roles in the technology world; across technical and specialist roles
Strong understanding of IT talent market/ talent availability
Experience working on Direct client requirements will be good
Experience working on Contractual requirements
