Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer requirements. Monitor sales orders, deliveries, and account status. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on account activities. Conduct regular client visits and presentations as needed. Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a manufacturing or food manufacturing company. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with good relationship-building skills. Results-oriented and able to meet sales targets.
