At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior SDET to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment. Position Overview: As a Senior SDET, you will play a critical role in designing and executing robust automated and manual testing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between development and testing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality is embedded from the early stages. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts. Create and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios across multiple applications and platforms. Collaborate within agile teams to define and evolve test strategies, standards, and QA best practices. Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely and effective resolution. Analyze test results and quality trends, proposing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes. Conduct root cause analysis and support the leadership team in Quality Analysis across the Value Stream. Required Skills and Qualifications: Must-have Skills: Proven experience as a QA professional or SDET. Strong programming skills in at least one language (Java, C#, or JavaScript). Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit). Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman or RestAssured). Experience with Device Farms. CI/CD practices. Advanced or fluent English communication skills. Nice-to-have Skills: Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
