Work in-office with a small, high-ownership team building the platform that powers workforce management for senior care facilities across the country. You'll have the opportunity to work with all departments and products at various stages. About Veras Veras is an early-stage startup backed by NFX (early investors in DoorDash and Lyft) and Spencer Rascoff (Zillow co-founder) building vertical SaaS for long-term care and senior living. The industry is massive — and it's been neglected by technology for decades. Facilities managing thousands of employees still rely on clunky, disconnected systems built by giant generalist companies that don't understand their world. We're changing that. What You'll Do Guide new customers through product setup, configuration, and best practices. Lead live trainings, webinars, and 1:1 sessions to ensure successful adoption. Host regular office hours to support users and answer questions Track onboarding progress and proactively remove roadblocks Cross-department collaboration. Working with Sales to ensure a smooth handoff and that customer goals are clear from day one. What We're Looking For 1+ years in onboarding, support, or other customer-facing roles Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and over live training Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-first environment Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms Why Join Veras?
