Position Overview We are seeking a Software Developer (often referred to as a Next.js Developer) with considerable years of commercial production experience to join our team. In this role, you will not just be working through a rigid ticket queue—you will have real end-to-end ownership of systems, make critical technical decisions, and see them through. You will collaborate directly with our Head of Operations, our Product Lead, and our Founder/CEO to translate delivery requirements and rough designs into beautiful, functional, and secure web applications. This is a full-time, remote position based in the Philippines, working with our team in Brisbane, Australia. Your working hours will align with the Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), allowing for close daily collaboration while enjoying the flexibility that an asynchronous-first working style provides.
