Job Description

All our cleaning teams are fully bonded/insured and each of our team members are trained to provide our clients with professional, courteous and quality cleaning services. NO JOB IS TOO DIRTY. We are looking for a few strong candidates to expand our team! We can't deny that the work can be challenging, but this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for job stability, a flexible schedule and a diverse work environment. Our ideal candidate will be one who exceeds our client’s expectations every time, ensuring that all rooms are sparkling from top to bottom!

Responsibility, Requirements and Duties: This candidate must have excellent communication skills and we can't say it enough, they MUST work well in a team environment! Our cleaning specialist must be trustworthy & possess a positive work attitude. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive and solution oriented. They must have the ability and confidence to take initiative. They will have to be a self-starter, to be self-motivation. The ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision would be a plus and a sure shoot to advancement opportunities. Previous experience is always appreciated and starting wage is negotiable based on this experience, but it is not a requirement. All candidate must give consent to a background check and random drug screening at the company's discretion.

As mentioned before we pride ourselves on being the complete package, as we offer customized cleaning services specific to our client’s individual needs. Our cleaning specialist perform the following duties and more on a day to day basis...

Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
Clean commercial buildings
Trash disposal
Servicing restroom, cleaning and disinfecting communal surfaces
Tackling heavy cleaning jobs upon request (Deep Cleans)
Ensuring all walkways remain clear and free of debris
Notifying management of any broken or damaged items that require repair or replacement
Using the proper cleaning supplies and disposing of all cleaning solution appropriately etc.

Qualifications

All candidates need to be healthy and active. This is a physical job (lifting, climbing, crawling)
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work exceptionally as a team.
High School Diploma or the equivalent (College experience is a Plus!)
Reliable transportation (Valid driver’s license & a reputable driving record is also Plus!)
