Considerable success in all aspects of property valuation has led to the need for a Valuer in Pretoria, who is willing and able to conduct property valuations in rural areas. Requirements: Minimum requirements include a relevant degree with experience in bank valuations, as well as proof of registration with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession by the Property Valuers Profession Act of 2000. This role requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to produce high-quality valuation reports. In addition, and besides relevant work experience, you will be able to work independently, following deadlines whilst simultaneously meeting stringent service and quality objectives and standards.
