工程、项目管理或相关专业本科及以上学历；

3年以上项目管理经验，有设备制造或工业自动化项目经验者优先；

熟悉非标设备项目从设计到交付的全流程；

英语中文听说读写熟练；

具备较强的领导力、沟通与协调能力；

持有PMP或同等资格证书者优先。
