Owning the CRM: You’ll manage segmentation and list hygiene, build and improve email flows that move the numbers, and support SMS activity. Improving conversion: You’ll find where customers drop off between visit, add-to-cart, checkout and purchase, then run A/B tests, measure the uplift and report results to the Ecommerce Manager. Lifting order value: You’ll shape merchandising and offers such as upsells, cross-sells and bundles. Working with partners: You’ll work closely with our agency partners to get the best results. What you’ll bring At least 2 years’ eCommerce experience, ideally with a D2C or global consumer brand A strong grasp of eCommerce KPIs, including conversion rate, ROAS and customer lifetime value Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge and reporting tools (Triple Whale and heatmap tools are a bonus) Experience working with agency partners Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder skills Comfort using AI tools for personalisation and automation A test-and-learn mindset and a real curiosity about what makes customers tick Why join us A brand-new role where you can shape how we grow Flexibility to work from Christchurch with flexibility or remotely anywhere in NZ Staff budget to purchase our products Join the Florenz family of health & wellness brands that will provide a wider exposure to e-commerce in not just NZ but also the US.
