Responsibilities Builds applicant sources-generating data- by researching social media, internet sites, and other channels providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements on the internet Filters and categories applied resumes to get through 1st selection phase. Conducts phone screening to narrow down applicants’ list to the next face-to-face interviews. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new practices; monitoring job offers; emphasizing benefits Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
