Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform Developer
You want to build enterprise AI and automation that survives contact with real processes, permissions and data. Success will be measured through safer change, lower operational friction and clearer ownership rather than the number of tools introduced. You will collaborate with application teams, security and operations, using their feedback to decide what should become a shared service, an automated control or clear documentation. Ownership continues after the first release. You will receive meaningful ownership while working with senior colleagues on the most consequential decisions. There is room to deepen your specialism or broaden toward adjacent responsibilities. What you will do
Develop and operate Copilot Studio agents for business processes. Model data and permissions in Dataverse. Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, APIs and Azure services. Apply environment, lifecycle and governance standards. Work with users to test behaviour and improve adoption. Experience with Copilot Studio or conversational agent development. Ability to build connectors and API integrations. Awareness of data protection, identity and enterprise governance. Professional English; Swedish is valuable for user facing work. Experience that would add value
Azure Functions or custom connector development. Microsoft 365 administration or SharePoint development. Experience moving prototypes into governed production use. A background that can succeed here
You may come from software development, business applications, automation or technical consulting. What makes the opportunity interesting
