You will report to the Head of Corporate Communications, based in Solna, Sweden, and be part of an engaged, skilled and truly global team of communicators, as well as the broader Commercial & Communications team. You will primarily focus on communications in operational change processes involving multiple stakeholders across AFRY. Initially, your main responsibility will be to support change communications for one of our business-critical processes. You will also interact with many other stakeholders involved in this process, which will eventually impact all AFRY employees. It helps informed and engaged employees make better decisions, supports strategy execution and contributes to a stronger AFRY culture. Please note that this is not a marketing, sales or digital communications role. We apply a hybrid working model at AFRY and expect regular presence on-site at the nearest AFRY office in Sweden or Germany, with occasional face-to-face meetings at AFRY HQ in Solna, Sweden.
