One of Nordic Investin’s partner companies is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager, with Nordic Investin leading the recruitment process. You can lead a complex technology programme without hiding uncertainty behind a colourful status report. You will create a credible plan, surface dependencies early and maintain momentum across technical and business teams. Decisions must remain useful when they reach delivery teams, suppliers and operational owners. As a senior colleague, you will own substantial outcomes and help others make stronger decisions. You are expected to recognise risk early, communicate it without drama and move work forward with practical alternatives. What you will do

Build and maintain an integrated delivery plan. Coordinate technical, business and supplier workstreams. Manage scope, budget, risks, decisions and dependencies. Prepare steering decisions with clear evidence and options. Lead delivery forums and remove cross team blockers. Protect operational readiness, migration and handover activities. What you will bring

Extensive leadership of complex IT projects or programmes. Supplier and contract management experience. Evidence of calm risk and dependency management. Ability to communicate with engineers and executives. Professional English; Swedish is useful in local partner organisations. Experience that would add value

Cloud or data centre migration. ERP or Microsoft 365 transformation. Delivery across several countries or regulated entities. A background that can succeed here
