As an Operations & Automation Specialist, you will work across the full scope of Customer Enablement. You will focus on improving workflows, strengthening how we use our tools, and building automations that create real impact across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across support, product, content, and customer success. Your role is to connect systems and processes, making sure they work together in a way that supports both internal efficiency and a great customer experience. About you

You are a hands-on and solution-oriented person who enjoys working close to both tools and people. You are comfortable moving between detailed configuration and bigger picture thinking, and you take ownership of turning ideas into working solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment where different competencies come together, and you enjoy solving problems that do not have a predefined answer.
